युएचडी मंत्री खर्रा ने कहा विभाग में अब पूरी ट्रांसपेरेंसी से होगा काम होगा। लेट लतीफी करने वालों पर होगी कार्रवाई होगी। अधिकारियों की निष्ठा और लेट लतीफ के मसले पर उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे अरबी घोड़े की सवारी करना आता है, नियम कायदे अच्छी तरह से जानता हूं और सीखाना भी जानता हूं।
