आलीशान सरकारी बंगला छोड़ निजी आवास में शिफ्ट हुए कल्ला, क्या सता रहा हार का डर?

गहलोत के खासमखास और शिक्षामंत्री बीडी कल्ला का सरकारी बंगला राजनीतिक गलियारों का काफी चर्चा बटोर रहा है। और चर्चा हो भी क्यों न मंत्री जी इतने सालों तक जिस आलीशान सराकारी बंगले में रहे, उसे छोड़कर वो अपने निजी आवास में जो चले गए हैं। लेकिन कल्ला ने ये सरकारी बंगला क्यों छोड़ा, ये आम लोग भी जानना चाहते हैं। खबरें आ रही हैं कि किसी ज्योतिषी की सलाह पर मंत्री जी ने अगले चुनाव को ध्यान में रखते हुए बंगले को छोड़ने का फैसला किया है। 

इस बंगले में कल्ला विधायक, उपमंत्री, मंत्री और फिर कई महकमों के मंत्री तक का सफर तय कर चुके हैं. कल्ला खुद इस बंगले को अपने लिए भाग्यशाली भी बताते रहे हैं. ज्ञान, विज्ञान, संस्कृत और ज्योतिष के प्रकांड पंडित शिक्षा मंत्री डॉक्टर बीडी कल्ला को सरकारी बंगला आखिरकार रास नहीं आया. कल तक जिस जगह पर सैंकड़ों की भीड़ उमड़ती थी. मंत्री की एक झलक पाने को लोग घंटों इंतजार करते थे. वो जगह अब वीराने में तब्दील हो रही है.कोई इसे किसी ज्योतिष की मंत्री को दी गई कथित सलाह से जोड़ रहा है तो कोई उनकी निजी जिंदगी से जोड़कर देख रहा है. इन सबके बीच बंगले की शांत पुकार फिलहाल कोई नहीं सुन रहा. शिक्षा मंत्री कल्ला की उम्र 73 साल हो चली है. कल्ला खुद की चुस्ती और तंदुरुस्ती का दावा करते हैं. घंटों मेडिटेशन और प्राणायाम से उनका खास लगाव है. मंत्री कहते हैं कि सिविल लाइंस के बंगले में भारी भीड़ ही उनके शांतिप्रिय जीवन में खलल साबित हो रही थी.न तो वे वक्त पर खाना खा पाते थे और न ही अपना काम ठीक से निपटा पाते थे. दिनभर जनसुनवाई, तबादलों की सैंकड़ों अर्जियों से जूझते जूझते कब सुबह से शाम और फिर रात हो जाती पता ही नहीं चलता. खुद और परिवारजनों के लिए वक्त नहीं निकाल पाने की मजबूरी मंत्री को अपने बंगले से दूर करने के लिए काफी थी. कल्ला को सूकून की तलाश थी. आलीशान और भव्य बंगला होने के बावजूद उनका मन उखड़ने लगा था.

दूसरी तरफ दूसरा कारण ये भी बताया जा रहा है कि मंत्री के मन में कहीं न कहीं हार की आशंका घर कर रही थी. इसके साथ ही बढ़ती उम्र के चलते उन्हें टिकट कटने का डर भी सता रहा है. किसी ने नेक सलाह दी होगी कि बंगला छोड़ दीजिये सब कुछ बेहतर हो जाएगा. शायद ये भी एक बड़ी वजह रही होगी. हालांकि कल्ला बंगला छोड़ने के व्यक्तिगत कारण ही गिनाते हैं. कयासों को कोरी अफवाह बता सिरे से खारिज करते हैं.कल्ला ने अपना बंगला भले ही छोड़ दिया है, लेकिन सिविल लाइंस में उनकी मौजूदगी अब भी बरकरार है. अपने बंगले के ठीक सामने वाले बंगले में कल्ला सुबह सुबह जनसुनवाई के लिए आते हैं. मंत्री अर्जुन बामणियां का पूर्वमुखी बंगला अब उनकी जनसुनवाई का नया ठिकाना है. वहां मंत्री भी आते हैं. विधायक भी और आम जनता भी. लेकिन उनका बरसों का साथी पश्चिम मुखी बंगला ये सब नजारे चुपचाप देखता है.
